It’s easy for a developer to get a job just by connecting 5 to 6 terms that you never heard. But there can be so much progress and control of every interview done, like some of those gentlemen in movie suits.
And you need to have control, and it’s not as hard as it sounds. Follow these few tips that will ease the process you are going through. The tips are not specific to any particular type of job of a web developer. Q – “Where can I find examples from previous projects that you have developed?”
It is necessary to cover the base. Perhaps (yet) you are not a developer, but you are in a position to judge whether something works or not. Every good dealer will be astounded by the idea of piling all the pages he has developed himself or at least in which he has the role of creating them.

There is no need for anyone to recite the w3c mission or something in that style, but we still think that you need to look for someone who has a bar general idea who he is and what he is doing.
Q – “Describe your level of competence in the * nix shell environment.”
Check how they work without a GUI. Ask simple questions in order to see how they would make a document that only the owner can read or how to copy a phonebook from one place to another.
Q: “Which and why are they exactly your favorite tools for development? What is your favorite language for development and why? “
Find out if the tools they use make sense and compare them with a list you’ve previously made for tools that the in-house developers already use. Or some suggested by a friend or a developer you trust. If notepad said then pull out of any offer. Do not forget to do the same with your favorite language for development.
Q – “What kind of pages and blogs do you follow?”
You need to employ developers who are up to date with the latest trends in the industry and who want to learn and know more. They need to passionately talk about what they are doing and prove that they do not work only for the salary.
Q: “What are your best soft skills? Do you work better alone or in a team? “
More importantly! You must not skip these questions. As a manager you have to worry about the well-being of your team and you may find the best developer in the country. Perhaps he will be the best for your company.
Q – “Which platforms do you admire most?”
You can learn a lot about the person according to what is most admired. Certainly if you ask them to choose from the perspective of a web developer.
Q – “Which browser do you use?”
The right answer to this question is – all. It should be clear to any competent developer that comparing and compatibility is important. This means that you will need to use the big web browsers. Sure, they will have their own favorite who use it for simple search.
